Refund policy

Customer Satisfaction is important. Copperworkx is confident you will be happy with your art. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Copperworkx is happy to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our art has been wrongly described, is faulty or is unusable for the purpose described. We will refund or exchange items within 10-14 days of receipt if returned undamaged. Please return the item in the original packaging and invoice upon Copperworkx agreeing to refund the item. Your satisfaction in the quality of the item is paramount, however most pieces are cut to order and we do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind.

Limitation of Liability, Copperworkx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential.
